The course was very informative. I learned some cool stuff and I am confident that the information detailed within is there to help keep our establishments and communities safe. The course taught me responsible practices while serving customers alcoholic beverages in a safe and informed manner. This way everyone can enjoy themselves and nobody gets sued or ends up hurt or worse. Thank you A+ Server Education for this valuable information and also for teaching me proper ways to use it.

The process went smoothly. The test is tedious, but I'm sure that is the same with every testing platform. I had some issues with an incorrect server ID and it was corrected quickly with just an email as soon as it was recognized. Would highly recommend A+ Server Education for this training.

It's different from 5 years ago but still very knowledgeable they want you to pass and make sure you do by reading it's all pretty simple.
